Katrina Adams
FOUNDER & CEO
Katrina Adams is a dedicated special education teacher with a strong passion for supporting children and families in the community. As a parent of two sons with autism who have participated in adaptive sports programs, Katrina has experienced firsthand the positive impact these opportunities provide. Motivated by both professional expertise and personal experience, Katrina is committed to helping fill an important need in the community by ensuring that all children have access to inclusive, supportive, and enriching opportunities to grow and thrive.
Shawn Adams
CFO & TREASURER
Shawn Adams is an accomplished operations leader and financial steward in the Medical Device manufacturing sector, serving as our Chief Financial Officer on the board of Adaptable Athletics. In this role, he ensures financial integrity, strategic resource allocation, and our enduring fiscal sustainability.
With over 20 years of leadership experience in the medical device world, paired with deep operational and financial acumen, he brings a unique perspective that bridges corporate discipline with philanthropic compassion.
Alisha Hawkins
BOARD SECRETARY
Alisha Hawkins is an elementary educator with a passion for inclusive education and creating opportunities for every child to thrive. She currently teaches 4th grade and is dedicated to building systems and routines that help all students succeed, both in the classroom and beyond. Her years of service on her school’s Parent Teacher Organization board—two as secretary and one as treasurer—helped build the organizational and collaborative skills she now brings to her role as Board Secretary with Adaptable Athletics. She is driven to help fill a need within the community by uplifting students of all abilities through programs that promote confidence, connection, and the joy of movement.
Joshua Lydon
BOARD MEMBER
Joshua Lydon is an Award winning Realtor® with Keller Williams. He currently serves as President of the Lodi Lions Club, where he leads community service projects and fundraising efforts — a reflection of his passion for giving back.
Joshua enjoys sports and competition. He once beat Tom Brady's team in a football game and has won eight fantasy league championships, showcasing the same drive and strategic mindset he brings to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Tracey Lydon

Tracey Lydon is the founder of The School of Play, where she brings together her love of teaching, design, and community to spark joy through play, learning and movement. She’s taught in classrooms, coached on the court, and designed everything from neighborhood parks to nature-rich play spaces across the western U.S.— all with the goal of making sure every child, no matter their ability, has a place to move, explore, and belong. Through The School of Play and her role on the Board at Adaptable Athletics, Tracey continues to champion inclusive, engaging spaces and programs that build confidence, connection, and a lifelong love of play.
Michael Adams
BOARD MEMBER
Michael brings a wealth of athletic experience and a heart for service to our youth sports program. With 11 years of youth and school football experience, Michael knows firsthand the life-changing benefits of sports—including teamwork, discipline, resilience, and the confidence that comes from working toward shared goals.
Michael is currently studying Global Studies at CSU Monterey Bay, expanding his knowledge of social and environmental issues that impact communities. As a board member, Michael is committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to grow through sports. He brings fresh perspective, a strong sense of teamwork, and a dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all.
